M/s Rajasthan Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd (RSWM), the leading member of Bhilwara Group of companies entered into an M.O.U. with Himachal Pradesh Government for putting up Malana Hydro Electric Project (2x43 MW) near Kullu in Himachal Pradesh, Detailed project report for the same was prepared and submitted to H.P. Government and CEA for obtaining clearances. RSWM had awarded ICCS the work of necessary follow up, getting clearances and carry out detailed engineering for this hydroelectric project.
Based on our efforts, the promoter has obtained all the clearances from State Government and Govt. of India including TEC from CEA. We completed the detailed engineering of the project in a period of 12 months. We were also involved in the project management services. The project has been successfully commissioned in June 2001 in a short span of 30 months. The plant is running satisfactorily since then.
RSWM has entered into another MOU with Himachal Pradesh Government for putting up Allain Duhangan Hydro Electric Project (2x92 MW) near Manali. They have awarded us the work comprising of the following:

ICCS has completed both these activities in time and RSWM has already received the ‘Techno Economic Clearance’ from CEA. Work on detailed engineering is almost complete and the project execution has started.
ICCS also carried out review of detailed engineering, construction monitoring and commissioning of 2x6.75 MW Tawa Hydroelectric Project near Bhopal on behalf of HEG Ltd. These units have been commissioned in a record period of less than two years and have been operating successfully since 1997. In the year 2000, we had carried out the technical auditing of E&M of work of Tawa Plant to the satisfaction of the client.
ICCS has provided consultancy for complete detailed design and engineering for civil, mechanical and electrical works of Gangrel Hydro Electric Project near Raipur. The project has been successfully commissioned in June 2004.

Expert advisory services on drafting and negotiations on agreements with concerned agencies like SEB’s PGCIL etc. for arranging generation, transmission and wheeling, construction power etc., as well as Power Purchase Agreements.
ICCS is providing consultancy for complete detailed design and engineering for complete civil works of Rani Avanti Bai Sagar Project of NVDA. More than 80% of the job has been completed.
ICC is providing consultancy for complete detailed design, preparation of bid documents for international biding for civil, mechanical and electrical works of Manal Hydro Electric Project . More than 80% of the job has been completed.
This project consist of four Hydro Power Houses viz Priyar (4x35 MW), Sholayar - I (4x45 MW), Sholayar - II (1x25 MW) and Kodayar – II (1x40 MW) operating for a period ranging between 25-30 years. Tamil Nadu Electricity Board awarded the work to ICCS through MEACON a government undertaking for Renovation, Modernization and Uprating of all the four powerhouses ICCS has prepared the complete final project report based on its observation and analysis after conducting extensive electrical and mechanical tests on T/G equipment. Also it has prepared the technical specification for the client to help it float tender.
Bhandardara projects initial capacity was 10 MW. The project was commissioned in 1986b but due to some problem the machine reached the runaway speed and caused substantial damages in generator rotor, stator and powerhouse structure. ICCS has completed the detailed engineering for rehabilitation and up rated the project to 12MW. The project has been re-commissioned.
ICCS provided consultancy services for complete design engineering, procurement assistance services, tender document finalization for 35 km Single Circuit 400 kV Nalagarh-Kunihar Transmission line for Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board.
ICCS has also provided consultancy for design engineering, procurement assistance services, tender document finalization for 400/220/33/ & 400/132/33 kV substation.
ICCS is providing consultancy services for the design and engineering for 66/11 and 33/11 kV grid substation. for Reliance Energy for 20 substations situated at New Delhi and Mumbai.
